Die Hard is an action packed movie which introduced the working class action hero in the 1980s, which encapulated Bruce Willis into one of the highest paid and most sought-after actors in the Hollywood.
It is Christmas time in Los Angeles. There is a party going on in the 30th Floor of the Japanese Corporation Building. The party comes to an end when an terrorists group takes the partygoers as hostage, and steals several millions dollars which is locked in high-tech safe on the same floor.
Meanwhile, a New York Cop named John McClane (Bruce Willis) has come to visit his estranged wife, who happens to be one of the hostages. Bruce Wiilis takes on the terrorist disreading the orders of the authorities surrounding the buiding armed with one handgun and with a will to rescue his wife.
The movie has the fun and punch to hold on the audience to the screen with a series of explosions and fire-power. Some of the action scenes are very exciting to see.
