First time I left my new vehicle for service. The side indicator was scratched and I asked them to put a new one. They changed it immediately and billed me Rs350, for a product worth Rs 250 and also I had left the vehicle for service which means labor charges were additional.
Second time, my vehicle is damaged in an accident. I ask them to replace certain parts during next service, they agree. I said I want to claim insurance, tone of the person taking my vehicle changed immediately and he said it will take 9 to 10 days. You must pay us first and then claim insurance. I spoke to his supervisor who says it will be done in 3-4 days after insurance approval. Insurance was approved same day. I called the service center and the guy tells me I will get my vehicle on Tuesday. I call up on Tuesday and he says "There are other vehicles in line before us and he can't tell when my bike will be ready". He says he will call me when vehicle is ready!
Do you really need 10 days to fix a two wheeler? Why such negligence when it comes to insurance claim? That entire day, I was the only one there to claim insurance. The only reason I will go this service station again is for free service which is mandatory to keep warranty valid. Avoid this place. They have good business so they actually dont care about the customers.
