I had a chance to see the movie on the very first day. I was split between waiting and watching ''Phir Milenge'' but that comes here next week so I decided to try this offbeat looking movie. The promos had already pushed up the excitement level and the music of the movie was doing good as well so that meant there were some expectations. So, letz get on with the review now ..

PLOT:As you all must be knowing the plot, so I'll go through it quickly. It's about a stylish cop played by Abhishek who is on the case of a group of robbers who travel around in sleek bikes and the head of this gang is John Abraham. To accomplish this impossible looking task, he makes use of Uday Chopra who himself is a very fast bike rider and has his own shady bike business and also has some knowledge as a mechanic. Abhishek plays ''Jai'' and has a bossy wife at home played by Rimi Sen.

John and his gang pose as workers at a pizza joint and nobody knows about their bikes and their exploits. John plays the character of''Kabir'' in the movie. As far as Esha Deol goes, her appearance and character in the movie has an air of mystery about it which is clarifired towards the latter parts of the movie. Uday plays the character of ''Ali'' and provides the comedy part in the movie which I have to admit is quite good.

The movie is in a sense similar to ''Mujhshe Shadi karogi'' where not everything made fun but it was worthwhile as it was a comedy movie. Similarly here, the emphasis is on action but there are some loopholes about the plot which will turn out to be the only reason for some people who will dislike this movie because the movie impresses big time with it's action sequences for a bollywood fare.

ACTION:The action sequences are ''cool'' and I don't think I have seen such great action in an indian movie before. It wasn't perfect as at some places the necessary detail in the execution is missing but that's just a tiny thing. The Suzuki bikes have been potrayed well in the movie and I have to commend the director because he has been successful in infusing the sense of speed in the movie specially with those nitrous oxide driven bike sequences. Towards the end of the movie, there is about 20-30 mins of fight scenes involving a big trailer , a motorboat and ofcourse the bikes. John and Abhishek fight at the top of the moving trailer in some greatly executed action.

MUSIC:As far as the music is concerned, the title track itself is great and it has been greatly picturized as well. Shikdum makes it's appearance in the very beginning of the movie and is not bad at all. Dilbara can be classified as a tapori song,it's just average but suits Uday. Salame is average as well but it's got a fast beat and some dance on it in a hotel lounge , so it's pleasant enough. The music of the title track is heard throughout the movie and towards the end you have an english version of it as well.

GIRLS:A movie involving bikes and hunks riding em isnt complete without babes is it. So we have Esha and Rimi. Rimi Sen hasnt got much to do but you can't give every actor ample screen time so that's fine. Esha Deol has more of a role to play but no spoilers here.

FLAWS:There are some flaws in the plot of the movie as I mentioned before. John Abraham's character hasnt been given much background nor any insight as to why he does all these robberies and what makes him so obsessed with money. What is his goal and where did he met other members of the gang who are not exactly his friends as he says himself but just working partners. John tells Abhishek the date and time of one robbery and still manages to do it. HOW??They dont show that in the movie how he managed to get his bikes in that place and robbed the money. They only show their escape from that place.

The mega robbery of 18 crore rupees at a casino makes no sense. John and his gang get employed at the hotel. HOW?No plan is there about how to rob the casino.John just says I'll do it. At the start of the movie, one member of his gang plays with a signal and puts in a 60 second timer on the red light. Now, actually there is a display above the signal showing the countdown from 60 downwards. WHAT the hell was this timer doing up there? and did'nt the stupid cops notice it and there's a big bang when the money vagon is blasted over but the cops dont hear anything and keep standing at the signal.

BOTTOMLINE:But as I said, in the end I felt satisfied with the movie inspite of all these loopholes because the action was good, the movie was not prolonged unnecessarily, the flow was smooth and the end was quite different as well. Neither is Abhishek able to catch John and neither John manages to escape properly! Makes no sense?;) Watch the movie and it will.

Overall I do recommend this movie just for the bikes and the action. Don't concentrate much on these flaws I have mentioned and you'll have a good time with the action!Cheers..
