Dhara refined oil we regularly use to cook some snacks beside using its mustard oil . we have been using this oil for last 3/4 years for cooking and found it healthy and we have no objection about it.it is made of 100% pure sunflower seeds which is a healthy one. and the oil is too light in density  thats why its absorbent power is less that means it absorb less oil to cook which is a healthy thing as excess oil is harmful for our health.as it absorbs less oil so we don not care for what we eat made at home.its fragrance is good and its ingredient which has low fat made it more healthy and testy.our family is very much conscious about snack but after using it we are Happy.its packaging is also good which need not any extra attention as its plastic is of good quality and it is not harmful for us.and moreover it is approved by FSSAI.
