Some days ago just saw a report on Refined oil so decided to use only mustard oil, so we choose Dhara Kachhi Ghani as our preferred cooking oil.
The JHANJH of this oil is really hard. I could remember my early age when we used to go go with a Steel Container to buy mustard oil.
Oil mill used to run 24 hours to produce pure mustard oil. It used to smell so hard so that either you love it or you just can't stand there.

I got surprised that it's Dhara Kachhi Ghani. Being a countryside person I can feel the hard aroma of mustard oil.
