The bank is running a SB A/c product named Dhanam Simple. The main feature of this product is Zero Balance. If you had opened this product, there is no necessity of maintaining minimum balance. But the main drawback of the product is ATM card. If you had opened this A/c, you should get the ATM card only after giving somany requests to the branch people. They can issue the Instant kits for all other types of products but they neglect to issue the ATM Cards to the Simple A/c holders. The competitor Karnataka bank is giving the ATM Card and passbook to the simple A/c holders immediately. But the Dhanalakshmi bank is not providing such good service.
If they had provided that Instant kit facility to the Simple A/c customers also, the bank will become a good customer friendly bank.
