I purchased a car in October, 2005. Yesterday the developed some mechanical problem and the break oil started to leak resulting malfunctioning of break. I rushed to the Dewar’s work shop at British India Street. After reaching there they simply refused to attend the problem and asked me to come on after 10 days on 09-09-2007.
The workshop manager even supervisors did not even tried to realize the urgency and even refused to talk. This is the kind of service they offer. Many of friends and relatives have also experienced this kind of service even few have went for the free service and received back the car after 2-3 days not being serviced at all.
But this guys are prompted in collecting insurance premium with a fake assurance that if you take insurance from them you do not have to worry of the service any more (Because that does not exist).
