Hi friends today I am talking about dhfl home loan, it is a too costly loan as they called us lower interest rate as 9.35 % but their charge remains very high, like late fee. Panelties, processing fees, lesar folio charge, mortgage charge, stamp charge and many charge. While in compare of any nationalise bank where they dont charge any extra charge, I want to discuss one in nationalised bank if u dont deposit emi for 30 days they dont call u and dont have any panelty, they call before 90 days when ur account goes to npa, but dhfl home loan charge 500/- panelty while u get one day late to deposit emi.
Customer service is great, they help u a lot but till when u get a loan, as u take this no one there to liston u,
U cant get satisfication with this company as u always have a tension in ur mind of EMI. So cant get satisfication.
Staff attitude good in starting but very rude and uvly when recovery,
So go to any nationalised bank and take home loan, safe and secure where doesnt have any tension, tension free loan with nationalised. not dhfl
