Its my recent experience to deal with loan for affordable society in Gurgaon Haryana.


I took experience to deal with Sales Guy Mr Durgesh Pandey Gurgaon divison.


He had experience of 10 years into sales but doesn't know how to speak .how to deal with customers.Very Bad, unprofessional.pathetic while talking chewing tobbaco.


Mr. Pandey never came to meet personally nor even taking follow ups for loan kit, pre processing of documents for loan approval and not guiding us on filling of all forms.


Today Mr.Pandey called me around 2pm without asking either its a good or right time of call or not.then I asked how are you sir? So he forgot to respond on that .and literally said documents of madam are incomplete.I asked him again for which madam you are talking about.he said for Renuka.bank statements are missing.I said to him .I mailed you on 25th April which is delayed in application over two weeks.and he stated that its a month closing and we don't consider small loans in this case.I said other govt banks are also working on closing days of month.he straight forwarded with reply "that all right take your loan from other banks".what bullshit reply he had given.don't even think.how misbehaved over phone to Customer's?.then he said .you are not my customer.no more.? I felt insulted and disrespect over phone.I thought this person is chewing tobacco while talking over phone.which seems I'm talking some illiterate"rickshaw puller"


Kindly look over this incident which was happened at couple of hours back.if person is not willing to serve at first impression.how can you expect from customer like me to repay money in 25 years of tenure without decent care and un-mannered responses like this from DHFL company.


I warned him over phone and this case is resolved after by his senior but I'm posting that this person will may join some other financial company but never ever change his own behavior to deal with customers.


Any Sales Head of DHFL had never replied my email of 5th May yet covering same subject.nor even Mr Pandey felt any apology on this topic.yet.Are we really customers? OR. CUSTOMERS ONLY FOR PAYING MONEY FOR MISBEHAVED SERVICES ? pls suggest or your opinion.!
