I am a customer of ICICI bank Home development, Benefit a credit in 2010 at a 9.15% Skimming Rate. In 2 years my rate is updated no of time however just twice I was instructed about rate trek and change of rate.
Starting late got a letter communicating my new rate convincing Nov will be 13.25% as a result of business division change.
I raised a protest with the Bank Authorities and asked for a point by point explanation in clarifying such a high rate just with ICICI bank.
Market has changed so all bank should be influenced anyway I checked with couple of banks and found the greatest these banks offered was 11%, then why ICICI with such a huge difference.
I didn't get a true blue intuition from the bank official as they said those inconspicuous components are private.
