DHFL, is one of the Third Largest Private Loan provider in India for various purposes.
It mainly provides its services in the Loan Sector like, Home Loan(including land loan, construction loan, resale house loan). They also provides the services like Fixed Deposit, RD and some other deposit scheme also.
Currently, I applied in DHFL for my Home Loan and it is approved & in processing stage. Some of the experience that I felt with DHFL, I am sharing here.
I am seeing & following DHFL site or, with contact more than a year for my Dream Home either I go for Land Loan/New Home Construction Loan etc.
After seeing sharukh khan as their brand ambassidor, felt like they must be the best among the finance companies. but sorry to say they are no where in this companies. they give you false promise, and never help you even to reach close to your disbusments. mr ashok chavan area group manager(thane branch) who is unknown with the rules and regulations about the documentation requirements when if u have lost your original papers and you are deeply in requirement of loan. during the time of disbusment after seeing my original parers I had been told that the loan is not possible . I asked mr ashok chawan for help . how can they help me or is there is any way he can help me . what this dum deed was he throwed the papers on the table and told that there is no other way and the loan is not at all possible and he will not be able to help me. this is the way u people run the company. useless ppl .
