I am Sudarshan Bhandari from mumbai I would like to share my experiance with dhfl, reading all the comments I decided to go for loan from dhfl as I knew other bankers will not finace me.
As seller of my property was running short of few doccuments which he told me after giving black amount, so I knew I was in great trouble if I dont get finance on time.
Seller will cancel the deal and no MOU was signed between us, so even after getting sanction letter and paying processing fee from a reputed bank I decide to go for dhfl on last moment, the excecutive cam meet me and I explained him my situation and short fall of documents.
He was very humble and kind and assured me disbursement within 15 days if loan gets sanction, as sanctioning loan is not his hand, after confirmation next day I got sanction letter, and after doing few formalities I got cheque amount of 2600000/-, which I gave to my seller, hen was surprised as he was taking me for granted assuming noboday will finance me, but I deposited few amount in dhfl as fd against the document not submitted and whenever I will submit the documents will get refund with intreset that fair. I think, so in would like to thanks DHFL for helping me for loan, and thansk to mr.Praful Bade
