I was employed by this company in the year 2004 as an officer in-charge for its service centre in Itarsi.I was promised by the then zonal manager that the day itarsi becomes a branch you will be promoted as the branch manager.So I worked tirelessly to establish itarsi service centre as a branch but to my surprise I i learnt that I was being transferred to Bhopal as a marketing officer and someone else was coming to take over as the branch manager.
This not only shocked me but sent me into depression as I had left no stone unturned to establish itarsi as a branch, I was also the only emplyee to get (A) grading in performance evaluation.
IT was my single handed effort which was able to bring down deliquency and live accounts to a respectable number.
However with a heavy heart I joined the BHOPAL branch in the year 2006, within 2 years we had 3 new branch managers, who were non performers, shammers , but despite my good track record I was not given a chance to lead the branch.
In the beginning of the year 2008, we had a new branch manager in the name of praveen joshi.
Within a months time I heard that praveen joshi was a corrupt person and was doing the disbursement only by taking money from the customers, I immediately reported the matter to mr jiwani the gm, then and also th hr head suma krishnakumar.
I was pleased to see the vigilance chief come down to investigate.
However after a months time I was asked by Mr.d k jiwani to put up my papers.
I put up my papers immediately realising that this organization did not deserve qulity employees and people mostly joined to gain experience and then leave for better options.
Although most of my colleages were aware of the wrong done but no dared to support me.
I hope any one should think twice before joining this organisation.
what has pained me most is the fact that despite the hard work , integrity, you dont get the kind of reognition you deserve.Life is definitely not fair.
