Byomkesh Bakshi was one of the greatest creation by Swaradindu Bandhopadhay. So making film about byomkesh bakshi is always a great challenge for the directors and actors. Director Dibakar Bannerjee tried a lot to establish his byomkesh bakshi a perfect detective.
Sushant Singh Rajput and Anand Tiwari are up to the mark in the role of byomkesh bakshy and Ajit Banerjee.Actress Swastika Mukherjee is exceptionally fantastic in her role. she had done a great job. But Swaradindu Bndhopadhay's byomkesh and Dibakar banerjee's byomkesh are completely different. Writer's byomkesh was a common man like us but director's byomkesh has a sort of supernatural powers.
Songs of this films are also not very attractive to the listeners. After all if you have so much time to waste you can watch the film otherwise don't think about it.
