I made a logo and saved it to my cart. The next day I changed the logo, and saved the changes, then bought the logo. The logo they have me was the old one!
It had even shown me the correct one when I hit buy. I had work to be done by that next morning so I fixed it and bought the right one.
I immediately sent them an email asking for a rebate on the first one. Got no response, so I called 10 days later. Beyond horrible customer service, they accused me of trying to cheat them. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that he didn't have one.
I asked who hired him, and he said there was no one else to contact. That if I sent another email he would forward it to his boss but was very rude and said his boss would do anything either because it was my mistake.
So I went over what happened again and he said it happened all the time with older Internet Explorer versions. I kept fighting and he offered to get me a business card logo that was saved in my cart but It had been changed to the incorrect version as well. I emailed again but am basically just out of the money and it's no longer worth my time. I wouldn't give them another dime. The customer service rep. said his name was "Lvo" I even asked him to spell it twice. So frustrating.
