We went for the Coastal menu and asked the server on what he would recommend. Based on his recommendation, we ordered for Crab Masala Fry. Although I was sceptical initially on how fresh the crab was, the server assured me that they only use the freshest sea food. This was my second attempt at crabs, after the one I had outside India and it was de-shelled.
Eating shelled crab was a first time experience and the server very patiently explained to us the nuances of using the'equipment' that were to be used. I ended up messing up my shirt and jeans which was all soiled by the time I was done with the crab. Still no complaints, the crab was excellent.
The next and final item for the afternoon was Crepe De Dakshin. The server told us this was something that the owner usually prepared, but since was afternoon time, he could have the chef prepare it for us, which was perfectly fine by us. It took him 15-20 minutes to get this thing, but boy, the wait was worth it, I swear.
