Customer care send monotonous polish replies. not talking about the missing product and refund to customer. they have not sent my cooler machine worth rs.350. and bill marked the product is not sent by marking as ongoing in hindi ????. but they are not accepting their mistake by recognizing their bill. simply apologize for the happenings and ask for unboxing video. how will i continue to trust them and purchase.but I have bill proof. they dont consult their seller and take action. overall not ready to take risky purchase.am genuine what if i tell the truth here
