Now a days after demonitization banking sector has the mean importance in the market I am having a account in Dena Bank Bank and I am extremely regretted that why I have opened an account in Dena Bank it is an absolute waste Bank in the whole market.
Now talking about those points which are really liking in this bank which is known as Dena Bank now talking for the first. ATM services the ATM services is the most bad services provided by the Dena Bank whenever I reach to to Dena Bank ATM it always show me one message that the a team is out of service which is really word for a person who really want the money and can't I will the ATM service even he has a lot of money and its bank account it is really hard to explain what I am suffering from because of this bed services provided by Dena Bank I was really in trouble when I need 2000 rupees but ATM was saying you cannot withdraw your money because the ATM services is out of service.
Now talking about the Internet banking there are a lot of of things which provide provide secure and amazing interference for the Internet banking but Dena Bank is absolutely behind all those things because the interference and even the security is not that much code in compare to the SBI of UCO we can say ICICI there are more banks which give amazing and fast services but Dena Bank is really like in all the sectors even though IMPS services is not good in the in a bank while if we see SBI is the most amazing bank which provide the best and amazing services to their customers.
Now the most important thing for a customer is the customer services of the bank so after hearing a lot of problems before now also a big problem for this Dena Bank whenever I met with them problem they never solve my problem because of the leg in the customer services I lost my 300 rupees and it was not my mistake bank has deducted my money and not informed me also and after asking them why you have detected they just don't have any answer so I am really not happy with this bank and the customer services is not at all of this Dena Bank .
So in the end I must say that there is no recommendation from my side for the Dena Bank thanks a lot.
