Ok Before I Start, Let me tell you If there is Doc-sis in your Neighborhood, You will get good service, but Don't depend to much, specially if you a working professional and need to work from home. Because their TAT is not that good.

Now Let Me Review Few Things.

1> Data Consumption Meter Is Fake. It Keep On Adding Data, Even If You Don't Use!

Ok Let me start, I took Den Few Months back and was using a basic of 2-5 MB/s, the data is throttled quote quick. So I thought let me keep an eye on the data consumption. I Checked my data balance on a day, It was around 30 GB. I switch off my modem and didn't used it. Then I connected again after 5 hrs To see my stats, As the people on customer service told me that stats update after every few hrs. So when I checked it was around 500+ MB more. Thats quite explainable as might be that was the consumption which was not updated. I disconnected and Switch off my modem again. Then I left my place. Now I live alone, no one except me use Internet, I returned after 11 Hrs after finishing my work at office. I Checked Again, Now You Will Be Surprise To Know The Result, My 30 GB and 500+ MB Is now reached to 33 GB. Now I am not living in a haunted place, and I don't have Ghost at my place to use internet. The First thing modem was off and actual uses were almost 15 hrs ago, now where this 1.5 GB data gone. The customer care is still trying to find it, and it is about 3 months.

2> Let's Talk about the knowledgeable Technical Staff

OK, The technical staff, they Don't support and troubleshoot if you are using Windows 10. Shocking right, this is something quite awesome when I said I am not getting speed. The tech came to my place and tried to launch few speed test sites. I closed all the download application, Windows Update Service is disabled. Adobe Application Updater was disabled. Only a mere Chrome was running, I was on 5 MB/s Plan and I was getting under 1 MB/s and I was not completed my data limits. After browsing from router settings and speaking to so called IT head, He gave me a conclusion, It is an issue with Windows 10 OS, switch to Windows 7 and everything will be fine.

Quite Hilarious.

3> Technical Team is not aware of VoIP, and According to Them DVR and VoIP is same.

This is the most recent encounter, I requested the customer care to open 5060 Port, so that I can configure VoIP phone. The customer care person said, will be done in 24 hrs. Next morning The most experience technician reached my place and said, I need to make some settings so that you can use DVR. I said I want to configure VoIP. He said what is VoIP. Rest I don't need to explain. My VoIP and mostly all VoIP phone can work on both Dynamic and Static, Just respective port need to be open. After 2 days of no resolution, They said I need to buy a static IP. There is no other way. They said they opened the port, Which is still not open, You can see the screen I will upload. Now To check I used my Mobile internet of Vodafone to configure my VoIP phone account. It successfully did and I am able to do VoIP calls whenever I need using 4G network. They Still don't have any Idea about how to make it work and I am sure even if I go for a Static IP, It will be the same crap.

So according to me its a just a useless service with no professional attitude, Rest you can take the connection and learn more.
