Well, you might be making an opinion about me after reading the title . Well actually the Title does actually hold some significance! Then you might be wondering, "How could an Internet Service Provider hypnotize you?" Well, I actually was hypnotized, by the high speed connections in a very cheap price. The Pricing are ->
1> 5 MBPS @ Rs.666/month(60 GB)
2> 20 MBPS @ Rs.777/month(120 GB)
3> 50 MBPS @ Rs.1200/month(30 GB)
4> 100 MBPS @ Rs.3500/MONTH(100 GB)
So, that looks like some awesome packages but as I said, don't fall in their trap!
So Let me talk about 3 aspects that justifies my rating -
- SPEED OF ISP CONNECTION
Truly speaking the ISP Connections are fast and deliver accurate speed, even giving more speed than your package.Then you might argue with me because I gave it only two stars, but here comes the sad part .
- CONNECTION RELIABILITY
. They are extremely unstable! I am a heavy Internet user, and I had the 20 MBPS pack. Half the day, net is not working! I struggle to get support but it was of no help!
3.SERVICE AND SUPPORT
When the net is not working(almost half of the day), I try to gain help from their toll free number . First of all it starts with a very slow automated message and are very frustrating! Continuing . The technicians are never well informed and always tell me to restart the modem again and again to fix the problem. Most of the time they tell me that my area is having problems and their team would resolve the issue within 24 - 72 hrs! Even if I mAnasultanged to file a complaint, the technicians would arrive 2-3 days post the complaint! They would well, most of the time fix the issue but the it arose again, the very next day!
So wrapping up my review, I would like to conclude that DEN BOOMBAND could be a great internet service provider with very reasonable pricing and amazing speed and download limit, but the reliability and the customer services are the things that ultimately ruin the product!
