Gud internet with bad customer care support. Review on Den Broadband

Hi I am using den boomband from more than 18 months. I have some mixed reviews on that. when I got my den broadband connection18 months ago I faced so many problems. internet did not worked well in the begining but after few months the internet service getting better and now I can say that it has a very good internet coverage. but if you are using a service than sometimes you have to contact customer care but my experience with customer is very bad. once you call customer care it takes more than 20 minutes to connect your call with a executive and those 20 minutes are chargeable. it wastes so much money. the customer care executive are not aware of their rules and regulations. everytime I call them everyone says different things. so the internet connection is very good but when it comes to customer support its very bad.
