I am very sad to see the service of den boomband, at the time of new connection, sales person promised me to give one month extra internet as the company plan to attract new customer. I confirmed many times to den boomband customer care and they always said that if it has been committed, then you will get it, they registered a complaint stating that it will be resolved in 24hrs but now its been more than 5 days and now my internet has been deactivated, I also written mail to den boomband but they also are not taking any action on behalf of my complaint.
They are not standing to what they have committed. I must say to not to use this connection, because I really had an bad experience.
