I took their couple of times and it was reasonably ok earlier. they had a very good concept of deliverying food - particularly breakfast that too from restaurants who dont do home delivery. It was realyy a thing that was and still a huge gap in online ordering field.
They tried to address it. I tried their service and it was ok. Please a advice any new player never give them a chance of online payment. So I made sure to go for cash on delivery. As many people complained about their call support to be very bad, so never go for online payment for them. I feel I was correct in opting only for cash on delivery. Its ok to pay a bit more for delivery charges and not get discount if overall you are getting food from you favourite restaurant not supporting home delivery.
But recently what I found is they have become incompetent in this. They no longer deliver food /breakfast from restaurants which was their killer idea. They only delivery readymade and long term snacks, cakes etc. For that why to take pain from a bad call support delyver.com. You can try other things better.
