I feel this review is:
Terrible and one Of the worst customer service experiences with Dell. My request for replacement of basic laptop parts is not being resolved for last 20 days. And instead of resolving the problem, I m getting only an unending series of excuses. The staff is utterly callous and non respomsive. There is noone responding above in the Dell hierarchy to resolve the issue
