I brought dell inspire laptop online in dell website by using my dell rewards points which I earned on social media. till now everything is good after placing the order I got after a week but they promised that it will be delivered within three days. but finally I got it beside continuous contact with the care. but after getting the product I used it fro a year. later the laptop started troubling me.
I took extended warranty from the company itself at the time of sale. I thought I could use that warranty card now. but I went to their service center they started telling there r no spare parts right now. please come after two days. ok fine went after two days. the same reply. I contacted with online care of dell. they did not responded to me. so I called them but they r saying dont worry we will get the job done. then I understood they will tell words they wont do any work. so friends it is waste buying this dell products especially laptops. beware.
