I ordered this Dell XPS laptop because I wanted a bigger screen. The laptop worked well & there were no tech or software issues with this laptop. The first time I noticed a problem was when I started a video call with a friend on Skype. My friend was clearly visible, but he said that he did not get a clear picture of me. I was sitting in a room with ample light & had made video calls before using my old desktop & faced no problem then. I tried out recording some videos of myself & the problem with camera was clear. The video of me was blurry. I reported this to Dell & they were happy to replace he laptop with another one. However, this one was a refurbished piece which means it had been used and wasn't exactly a new one. The problem with the video camera still stayed on. I was not happy with Dell & their service, especially their replacement policy. It's too late to get the money back & now I'm stuck with a refurbished piece of useless metal.
