I am using the same laptop from last 2 months. I am explaining some points one by one.
Quality: In laptop(Computer) Dell is the Best model forever. As per the Dell, They will more preference to maintaining the Quality.Including All parts they are maintaining the pure and High quality.
Durability: Dell they are maintaining high quality hence the Durability is more compare to other laptop.
Service and support: Dell Service and support team is very good. And we have 24*7 support. After waranty period also they will support nicely and they will less money.
Battery: Battery backup is nice and good if you are correctly draining and charging the battery. It has a longer life also.
