If you take good cars of your laptop, you can buy other products but if you are rough handles, Dell is the one for you. small falls, spills bumps etc do not even register on the laptop while others might well be thrown in the trash after enduring all of this.
Hardware is upto date but nowadays every new laptop changes a generation and the older ones depreciate immensely. Have a small issue with one of the USB ports but I cleaned it once and is working fine since then.
