Hi,
I purchased a DELL VOSTRO 1540 laptop from an authorized dealer.
After getting the laptop,I found the laptop back cover, Keyboard base body,Keyboard is so fragile that I feel like the amount of money I gave is not worth the value.
1- The laptop body quality should be improved.
2-Laptop keyboard should be improved.
3-Within 3 month battery backup went down to 1.5 hour.It need to be given with good quality to maintain the brand of DELL.
4-If DELL is purchasing every thing from CHINA then, the company should make sure to purchase good quality to maintain it's brand.
I had purchased it by giving 28000/-before 5 yrs. But not upto satisfactory mark.
