I bought this laptop a year ago and still using it, but the experience I had is worst, I had never expected this kind of laptop from renowned dell, I switched to dell from hp and felt I have made a blunder, dell makes highly professional laptops and I thought it will be a good buy but I was wrong dell vostro is a worst laptop I ever used.
this is not a user friendly device it has a very sensitive touch pad which leads to lot of errors while typing even it does not respond sometimes I have to make many attempts sometimes to click anything, it has matte screen which gives a cheap interface and less visibility to the user while watching movies on it.
dell laptops are perceived reliable but Vostro is not a reliable at all, after the six months of usage the charger of the laptop stopped charging it and when I contacted with customer care they said the charger I am using is not in their records and it can not be changed under warranty, that was really pathetic, it was packed in the box when I bought it and how the charger was in not their records I dont understand and still the issue of my charger is not resolved.
it is not a value for money in fact it is total money waste, I will not suggest anyone to buy this laptop.
