Hi guys today I am going to share my experience about Dell vaspro 1014. It is having a very bad battery life. This laptop is quickly discharged though I am not working hard. This Laptop is extremely bad for gaming purpose. It is having 2 GB RAM though the RAM size is not bad but in terms of processor its extremely bad for gaming and working for multiple purposes.
I faced so many times of hanging problem its because of low speed processor it is having Intel core 2 duo processor.
It is not at all comfortable for professional life.
When I am working hard in this laptop it collapsed and automatically shutdown many times.
When I call and inform the problems what I faced to the customer care they guide through telecalling and they said by checking online it is not hardware problem it may affect of software problem and it will cover under warranty. Then they charge will be applicable to rectify it and I accepted for that then the service person told that it is very common for all laptop like this model.
It is extremely slow process laptop and not at all good for gaming and professional life.
It has some user friendly the options and the features are all not bad.
It is somewhat for basic learners and those who are not use hard. So, those who are extremely looking for professional and speedy
