I bought a studio 1435 laptop 2 years ago. It was got repaired 3 times till now. Recently laptop screen body got damaged. It is not available any ware. I reported it to dell customer care. But they respond recklessly.
They don't even bothered about providing spare parts for their products. It was worst experience with dell and it has got problems many times.and customer care is very poor.
So I strongly recommend that don't go for dell laptops and if so you should take extended warranty.
