I have laptop and tech gadgets shop and I have been using dell latitude series personally since beginning now I upgraded to Dell latitude E6400 because of its affordability.
Its an economy business Class model in latitude series having good specifications,
Ram= 4gb
Hard Drive= 250gb
Processer= Core2duo T9600 2.8ghz
Because of current price RS-13000 its best amongst other brands.

I suggest to buy this one if you need class in lower budget.
