First of all i'm gonnal clear that this model have several variants and the one that I have features a core i5 4th gen processor, 6gb of ram, 2gb graphic card and touch screen wellthese are a lot of features and a lot for me.
I bought it from a local shop around me and it cost Rs.45000 to me I don't know why but this is not available online I searched various sites but not found, I bought it around diwali so I got it for less.
Second thing it's a business series laptop well I was thinking it has a lot of good features for gaming but why it's called business series laptop then the shopkeeper told me that this laptop doesn't heat up even after long hours of continuous usage like in business a lot of work has to be done thats why its named as business series and now I am pretty happy with this laptop and yes it does't heat up, touch screen is really good but you have to take care of it I mostly use touch screen but it attracts fingerprints so now I use it less.
Gaming is also very good I not play games usually but I have played some games which ran perfectly like gta4, nfs. So overall its a very good laptop you can buy it if you want no problems. And yes it comes with windows 8 pro which is good but if you want to upgradee to windows 10 first you need to install windows 8.1 and then windows 10.
Last year in the month of july I have purchased a dell laptop from Dell store with 1 year of warranty and guarantee and also they have install all latest updated software in my lapy they provided me a genuine product as I had not to face any issue with it.
As I have seen many laptops company but there surely problem occurs during month as it happened with my friend then he need to visit service center.Dell backup recovery and all latest update in software all things are properly working in my PC.
