Inspiron 3542 is the best laptop and within the budget it is affordable to masses and common mans. 3542 Have 4gb Ram, 2gb Graphics, 500gb Hard disk with Ubuntu 14.1 operating system. It has only 30000 price which is affordable and Intel core I processor. So all over the inspiron 3542 is very good and fast in the processing 4th generation laptop and speed upto 1.7 ghz which is best for this laptop.
