Hi My Name is Ajinkya, I am using same product from last 4 yrs as of now there is no problem in it only thing I suggest you please do not install VLC player it hamper your laptops speakers other wise performance is good .


Highly suggested brand and product you can also improve RAM by your own in just 2-3 thousands. ill date no need of Service center for any problem, also get free upgrade to windows 10  from windows 7
