Six years back my mother gifted this for my birthday, I still have this laptop running. After a month I bought, the laptop started troubling me, the laptop used to shutdown unexpectedly and doesn’t power on for next 15 -20 minutes. Reached Dell service support where they replaced my mother board and heating Fan. Then it worked for another six months. After six months same issues started again I have reached customer where they replaced mother board and fan again. After 30 minutes laptop starts heating very rapidly which slows down the performance of the laptop. We cannot we run heavy software's on this laptop. We cannot play any games on this PC which is the biggest drawback. Hardware on this PC is not that good, battery died after 1 year, I had to replace my battery and after 16 months my CD drive was not working.
Finally, I liked one thing about Dell is Service support.
