1.9 GHz and firstly I had call dell customer care service they respond well but take lots of time but its toll free call that why it will manageable. then they guide me well how to diagnose problem and how to solve well. if product has hardware problem then your com plane recorded by service agent and very next day a service agent come to your address and solve your problem and he will come with your new part and instantly replace defected part of your product. its really save our precious time. thank you dell.
