It's been 5 years I am using a Dell inspiron 15R 5520 laptop having 4gb ram and 500gb of space, and after lot of fun and use I am facing some issues regarding quick battery drainage, lots of lag while turning the device on / off( have to wait for 2-5mins to get warm up) lack of customer assistance, speaker damage( changed speakers for 4 times costing ? without labour charge) , camera turns off automatically and have to visit dell service centre again and again which the most annoying thing! So, let's start with the battery drainage problem, I first notice the battery problem when the laptop was 1.2 years old. the battery won't keep more than 3 hours after a single full charge! Then have to change battery and the new battery at that time costed me around 3.5k and the problem reoccurs after few years and have to change battery again.Now the lag problem I am facing Is little weird my laptop takes 2-5 mins to warm up after turned on and honestly I am not a crazy fan of playing video games and editing but the laptop behaves like it has no space left to perform. Sometimes it goes in hibernation automatically without leaving any clue to me.Customer assistance is just hilariously funny they take time to figure out problems even after telling them what to do! (I have to leave my laptop for 3 days at customer care) Speaker sounds amazing and are at good stand too. But after all it has some issues when I turn up the volume it sounds like the speaker diaphragm is teared and makes irritating sound and obviously I have to change the speakers which costed me 700 without labour charge and have to wait for long time for the parts to arrive.And the newest fault the front camera I barely use camera but whenever I use it shuts down automatically don't know why, I haven't contacted service centre yet regarding this fault.!
