Hello everyone, I want to share my feedback on this notebook after using it [Dell Inspiron 15 5567 model].
My brother bought this 17 days ago at the price tag of 40, 500( including GST). Due to my left out office work I use to work on his new laptop and also watch movies on this laptop in free time.
Features of this laptop are:-
light weight smart body structure ultra slim, 6th generation intel core i3(2.00 GHZ+ 3 MB cache) processor, windows 10 home English language inbuilt, 2 tuned speakers with wave maxx audio pro driver inbuilt which enhances the quality of sound, 1 Tb Hard disk which is good, 4 GB RAM DDR 4 and is expandable up to 16 GB, Battery 42 WHr, with prismatic 3 cell battery integrated in it.
Additional items provided:-
A laptop carry bag( back pack).
McAfree multi device 15 months anti virus subscription compact disk with activation key provided in it.
A warranty card which covers 1 year of LTD hardware warranty which provides In home service after remote diagnosis.
All this features seems to be valuable at this price tag.
Now coming to my points:-
more than a week this notebook worked properly but after that the sound quality of the speaker started to get dull day by day. the battery backup also started to fall quick whether it is in power saving mode or normal mode. I got disappointed and contacted to service and support center they send a staff to solve issues. He solved the issues at my home instantly at quick interval of time and changed its speaker. It started working properly.
After 2 days the same problem occurs with one new issue Flickering of display. I was frustrated and called again for service. whats the problem how issues occurs at regular interval of time? Although dell is a very reputed and highest selling brand in the field of laptop. But this was a unsuccessful model by dell from my opinion.
The bag which was provided to me for carrying laptop his thread started coming out which is risky to get the device damage. The antivirus provided was very bad(fake) it does not protects my device I replaced it by another antivirus.
I was completely unsatisfied form this Device Simply waste of valuable money and time too.
I want to say to Dell Brand that please maintain your reputation on the vision of every people because many people blindly believes on your brand. Do not provide cheap accessories.
If you are going to buy this, I would not like to recommend anyone for this model of Dell better go for Another model of dell or try some other brand at this price tag.
SIMPLY WASTE OF MONEY ON THIS MODEL NON DURABLE AND NON RELIABLE.
