Grt laptop easy to used and operate.i have silver colour laptop grt battery backup.best operating system.intially it was windows 8.1.after 6 months I updated to windows 10 single home language.working grt smooth experience.i purchased dis laptop 1.5 yr back in pune at relaince digital price was 33500.it has 4 gb of ram, 64-bit operating system, x 64-based processor, 1.70 Ghz, intel core i3, 500 gb harddrive.till now working smoothly and happy with dell laptop coz it has good warranty period
