The Dell laptops are know for their customer service and its battery life.
So no issues with the performance of the laptop as far as I have used.
Its been a long time now since am using the laptop, and till date no hardware issues .
The mouse touch pad is cool and sensitive.
The keys are ergonomically placed, while the letters and numbers are printed in good white so as to be visible during night time too!
