I am writing the review from the same laptop. I am using this since December 2012 And very happy with its performance. Lets go through it:

Window 8 64 bit
Ease of use:
Window 8 is very fast and now you can upgrade your gadget to window 10. 4gb ram gives you a top gear speed for your working and entertainment. 15" size is very good for all purposes. Huge data storage of 500 GB that allows to save anything do you want.
Quality:
It is a quality product by its software and hardware design. even it hold a good durable body. But is does not means that you can thrown your laptop anywhere. but it is more durable than others.
Value for money:
Definitely it is value for money as it cost you only 35000 and it is the best deal with these specifications and trust of dell.
Service and support:
All we know that why we purchase dell.yes.for its service and support. there is no body who can question their capability. They give you one year hardware grantee which you can extend by paying more.
Overall it is the best product if your budget is even 45000
