Its been more than 3 year that I am using Dell 3521 and I must say that in that budget for me, it is a complete package.
-Though it comes with 4gb ram and intel i3 processor but I never had any issues regarding lagging or heating.
-Design is pretty awesome with great body structure.
-clear and loud sound.
-can play heavy games without getting worried about heating or lagging.
-battery backup is quite impressive.i.e., 5-6 hours.
-comes with a 3.0 port and total 4 USB port.
-doesnt lag when multiple programs are running in background.
In this 3 year, I didnt have to take my laptop to service centre as it faces no problem plus it depends on how you are using it.
Service and support of Dell is great by the way.
So overall its a "Go for it" type laptop.
