I have this laptop about since one & half year. I extended my warranty period for three years by paying extra money. After some time keypad was stopped working. I registered my complaint to dell customer care & they sent there service engineer to my home. He replaced old keypad with new keypad.
Just after a little time touch screen stopped any response. I reapete same process to registered compalint then service engineer come & change the screen. No dout service is good & fast but they charge around 40 thousand for that laptop & quality is very below standard, cheap & not up to mark & recently my laptop's every function is automatically on. JAAGO DELL JAAGO.
