This review is for Ghatkopar Branch, Mumbai.
The worst ever services I have ever got from any brand like DELL. I had given my laptop on 8th Sep 2020 as some windows file was missing from it. He got it repaired on 13th Sep but it got shut down automatically after every 5 mins. The sales person tried something and it got shut down permanently with a sound on start up and blank screen.
I was told that it will take max 5-6 days to get it done. Today is 30th Sep and I am yet to receive my laptop back. All I am getting is some random explanation of some hardware part missing. I am calling them on a daily basis and getting the same answer every time.
