I had a really bad experience with delhivery. Probably It was mid of 2015 I had bought a camera from flipkart. And they send it through delhivery. This was the first time I heard about Delhivery. As this was my first camera I was quite anxious about its delivery.
Everyday I was checked the transit details. And it was same details they showed for almost 3-4 days.At that time which was quite frustrating for me. So I contacted their costumer care and asked them about my parcel. The answered me that due to some inconvenience we failed to dispatched your item. and They assured me that within 3-4 days they will delivered my parcel.
So except waiting I had nothing to do. So I was wait for 4 days. After 4days in there transit details they showed that The parcel was already received by their local hub. So I contacted them again. They replied me by saying that due to some hectic scheduled they can't deliver it today and asked me to wait for another 24 hours.
So After so much of excuses they finally delivered it to me.
So this was my experience with delhivery.
