My name is Krishna Kant and here I am going to post a review on Delhivery.
Honestly speaking, Delhivery is not reliable for anyone. They carry most care free and careless attitude. If you are to receive your courier through the services of delhivery then you will have to keep head buzzing everytime about it. They donot have a definite pattern of delivery neither they have a good technical support to satisfy their costomers anyhow.
Actually I had ordered a pair of shoes for which I had to consult customer support several times. They did not even processed me the traking detail. Inspite of the late delivery, there was no any response from the courier side. They just kept telling to wait and the package will be delivered within a few days. I was totally frustrated from the service and after a long argument with the customer support, they just did nothing inspite of consoling me. I could do nothing but I waited for the receive. Then after a delay of 4 days I received my shoes.
Talking about the condition of shoes, the package was totally damaged and the shoes were not in the condition to be recognised as new ones. I again complained for it but nothing happened inspite of the word sorry from their side. Anyhow I decided to not to accept any receival from the online shoppings through delhivery.
Seriously guies.DELHIVERY is not for DELIVERY !
