I have a horrible experience with this courier service
i am a reseller of meesho app and re sell many items online to customers by use meesho app.
i book a salwar suit cloth by meesho app on 1st march 2019
order id number is - 8377 8313
for abdul majid amrawati maharashtra
and meesho hire delhivery courier to deliver this parcel and delhivery tracking id is
14908 11690 371.
and my parcel dispetch on same day and approach to amrawati on 5 march 2019 .
and after that delhivery office staff of amrawati calling to customers to come office and recieve parcel and dont deliver it to home.
and customer was out of city for some days so he request to deliver that parcel to at home and collect c o d .
but delhivery official dont do this and send this parcel return to company and dont deliver at home.
and my customer dont recieve his parcel and call me and say he never book any item from me and I lose a good customer and also lose my income of that parcel.
and delhivery courier is responsable for this and I call to meesho official and request that never book my parcel by delhivery courier.
and I also warn every one to beware this courier service it is not believable and never think their responsibility and no give value to customers.
