NO PICKUP- Even after the pin code is serviceable as per the company.
LATE DELIVERY- Many shipment took 8 days to deliver, for which we have lost business, as those were in COD from us. Even the companies fault, WE HAVE TO PAY for the RTO.
OVERCHARGE: a 56x18x30 cm COD parcel with actual weight under 2 kgs are charged with 1600 even after late delivery. And after even asking for the actual report after several email, the team did not responded with the report.
UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM: The responsible team is a professionally irresponsible people who don't even take seriously to any tickets that has been raised.
BILLS WITH NO RECORD: The company also raises some bills sometime which have no record. And even after asking for the record through email, No one response.

OVERALL Experience: Delhivery claims itself as the Largest company(though that's only in papers). But actually, it is the India's MOST WORST LOGISTIC COMPANY.
